Reza Goherzad, journalist and political analyst, with reference to fresh efforts to end the Russia-Ukraine war, said that disagreement over occupied areas remains one of the main and unresolved issues in the negotiations, but recent pressures by Ukraine on Russia and the role of European countries could create the conditions for the resumption of talks.
