One of the victims of the 40-day war says officials have ignored the problems of war-affected people. During the 12- and 40-day wars, officials of the Islamic Republic repeatedly promised that damaged homes would be rebuilt and temporary housing would be provided for displaced people. However, just a few weeks after the ceasefire, many war-affected people were even evicted from the hotels where they were staying.
The citizen, whose home was damaged on 11 Esfand 1404, says that more than four months have passed and the file for the reconstruction of his home has remained pending with no result, and he has received no clear answers from the responsible institutions so far.
