🔻IRGC spokesman: If Britain supports the United States, it will be a definite and legitimate target

Hosein Mahbi, an IRGC spokesman, said that if Britain supports the United States in a war with Iran, it would become a definite and legitimate target.

According to the Islamic Republic of Iran’s state TV, he says that any country, including Britain and the Persian Gulf states, that supports the United States in a possible conflict would be considered, from Iran’s perspective, a legitimate target.

Mahbi also said that American bombers have recently used one of Britain’s bases.

In another part of his remarks, he accused Israel of seeking to preserve the U.S. presence in the region and to advance its own goals by using that country’s military capabilities, by provoking the U.S. president and providing inaccurate information.

The IRGC spokesman added that Israel knows what consequences it would face if the war is resumed and if Iran focuses its attacks on it.
