Amir Hayatmoghadam, a member of the board of directors of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Parliament, said on Friday, 20 Shahrivar, that the American naval blockade would be broken within a short time.

The member of the parliament’s board of directors of the National Security Commission said: “The armed forces of the Islamic Republic, with a new and serious approach, will pursue countering the presence and deployment of American forces in the region.”

The lawmaker added: “By carrying out this plan and adopting a new approach, the Americans must know that their vessels anywhere in the region can be targeted by Iranian missiles and drones.”

Hayatmoghadam also said: “The strategy of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic has changed from proportional response to a deterrent and offensive response.”
