〰❌〰 President Trump, by posting a message on the social network Truth Social, announced his “very good” phone conversation with Andy Burnham, the new Prime Minister of Britain, and said that the two sides discussed “clearing the Strait of Hormuz of mines.”

The head of the United States added, referring to the call: “We discussed a range of issues, including North Sea oil, trade, military alliance, clearing the Strait of Hormuz of mines, and many other matters.”

Emphasizing the strong relations between the two countries, Trump said: “The prime minister has a great task ahead of him, but he will be able to handle it—and, of course, America will be there to help him.” Trump also said that the two sides will meet soon to discuss topics of mutual interest.
