Ali Bagheri, the Political and Security Deputy of the Governor of Gilan, told ISNA that on Friday morning, the United States launched a missile attack on the headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy in Zibakenar.

Bagheri said: “Around 7:30 a.m. on Friday, some of the equipment stationed at this facility was damaged in the missile attack.”

The Political and Security Deputy of the Governor of Gilan also added that, based on initial assessments, so far, “no reports of human casualties” have been received.
