🔻Shaker Bori, a well-known humor writer on social networks in Iran, has announced that he has been convicted of 13 years and 20 days in prison following a complaint by Musa Ghandfarabadi, a member of parliament.

In this video, Mr. Bori says the reason for his conviction was his talking about financial and “ethical” corruption by government officials and members of parliament.

Mr. Bori said that he has been given 20 days to appeal this court ruling.
