Israel’s Chief of the General Staff, Eyal Zamir, today Sunday, 28 Tir 1405, in a meeting with army commanders in Judea and Samaria, assessed the operational situation in the division of this region.

In this meeting, Eyal Zamir said, “We are closely following developments in Iran and we are at a high level of readiness. We monitored today’s strike toward the rear area, and our air defense system is in full readiness to defend Israeli citizens. We are ready to return immediately to the battle, and we will act with great force against any party that tries to harm us.”

He also, while pointing out that “Judea and Samaria continue to be one of the main focuses of the army,” emphasized the fight to eradicate crimes motivated by nationalist sentiments.
