The public relations office of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claimed in a statement that it attacked a U.S. base in Jordan and targeted the radar of the TAD missile air defense system.

In the statement, the claim of an attack on the Patriot system and a C-RAM radar and fuel tanks at this base was also raised.

According to the claim by the IRGC, a storage facility for helicopter equipment and a helicopter repair and maintenance workshop also were hit.

In the IRGC statement, no exact time for this operation was announced.

Previously, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Iranian Army also claimed that they targeted U.S. bases in Kuwait early on Thursday morning.
