The Iran Human Rights Organization said that Isa Chari, a Baluch political prisoner, is in imminent danger of execution after being transferred to a solitary confinement cell before the execution of his sentence at Qezelhesar Prison in Karaj.
The human rights organization noted that Chari was arrested on the charge of “destroying one of the signs of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.” In Branch 23 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran, he was sentenced to death for “membership in the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran and action against national security.”
An informed source told the Iran Human Rights Organization: “Isa was arrested for destroying an IRGC sign.”
According to this report, Chari was arrested on Azar 16 of last year in Qarchak. He is 37 years old, a father of two children, and a poultry farm worker in Qarchak.
