7 cities in Iran among the 15 hottest cities in the world; Bandar-e Deir became the hottest city in the world
Based on the latest global weather data, Bandar-e Deir in Bushehr province, after recording a temperature of 48.6°C (about 49°C) over the past 24 hours, became the hottest city in the world.
In this list, 7 Iranian cities, including Bandar-e Deir, Kahnuj, Dehloran, Ahvaz, Lar, Safiabad of Dezful, and Kashan, are among the 15 hottest cities in the world.
The Iran Meteorological Organization has also forecast an increase in temperature for next week, the continuation of hot days, and the persistence of heat anomalies, and announced that the trend of rising temperatures in many parts of the country will continue.
