The U.S. Department of Defense announced the names of two servicemembers killed in the Islamic Republic’s attack on Jordan.
According to a statement from the ministry, First Lieutenant Tyler James Pihahn, 25, and Private Isabella Gonzales, 19, were killed in Jordan. Both were serving as part of the U.S. mission in this country against the Islamic State group.
The U.S. Department of Defense did not announce details about how they were killed.
U.S. Central Command had announced on Saturday that two American servicemembers were killed while defending against ballistic missile and drone attacks by the Islamic Republic in Jordan.
