Donald Trump, President of the United States, said in remarks in Maryland that the U.S. operation against the Islamic Republic is “going very well” and added that it will soon become clear which path Washington will choose to end the fighting.

Trump said: “We have to finish the job, and the only question is whether we want to do it in a good way or not so good. You will find out very soon.”

He said the air and naval forces of the Islamic Republic have been wiped out and that Iran’s radar systems, air-defense equipment, and missile and drone production capacity have also been severely damaged.

Trump also said the U.S. Navy guarantees that the Islamic Republic will never obtain nuclear weapons and added that American forces have killed dozens of leaders of the Islamic Republic.

Referring to Iran’s naval blockade, the American president said no ship can enter and claimed that the Strait of Hormuz is now under the control of the U.S. Navy.

He also said that the United States does not need Iranian oil, but other countries depend on it, and added that the transfer of oil from outside Iran, at an unprecedented level
