🚨 Based on reports sent by users in the early hours of today, from around 3:20 a.m., citizens in several places across Tehran and its surrounding areas have reported hearing the sound of explosions and the activity of air-defense systems.

According to these reports:

Around 3:20 a.m., users reported hearing loud explosion sounds in the Abhar area, as well as air-defense activity in the Pardis area.

At 3:27 a.m., another report was published about hearing air-defense sounds in central Tehran.

Some reports indicate the occurrence of multiple successive explosions (about 7) and the continuous activity of air-defense systems.

Citizens in different parts of Tehran, including Mehrabad, Tehran Nov, eastern Tehran, Narmak, District 19 (around Valiasr Park), Ekbatan, as well as west and east Tehran, have also reported hearing air-defense sounds or explosions.
