A U.S. official told me about possible ceasefire talks with Iran:

“At the moment, President Trump is focused on making Iran pay for its ongoing violation of the understandings and its continued terrorist actions in the Strait of Hormuz. In addition, the president will hold Iran accountable for the recent killing of American soldiers. These devastating strikes will continue until the president decides otherwise, but negotiations between our countries are still ongoing.”
