🔸Mauritania, in protest against what some have called “movements incompatible with diplomatic norms,” summoned Iran’s ambassador in Nouakchott.

🔸The Mauritanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday, the 23rd of Shahrivar, summoned Iran’s ambassador and delivered its formal protest regarding actions and movements that it described as “inconsistent with diplomatic norms.”

🔸The Mauritanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the actions and movements in question do not comply with the rules governing the conduct of diplomats in host countries.

🔸The summoning of Iran’s ambassador in Mauritania took place after his visit to a village in the Trazā region, after which three people were arrested in connection with the incident.
