He wrote this line in response to this news: Israel intends to send the Hezbollah weapons that were seized from the Alīyāl-ṭāʾir mountain range to Iranian opposition forces (a retaliatory tactic): Based on intelligence signals, Israel may hand over some of the weapons it confiscated from Hezbollah’s underground complex in the Alīyāl-ṭāʾir mountain range to opposition forces inside Iran.

This means that Israel could use weapons that had been supplied to Hezbollah with Iranian money to support opposition forces to the Iranian regime and the leadership of the mullahs.
