Pouria Bakhtiari, a writer and economic activist, has said that because Ebrahim Raisi did not correctly understand economic concepts, it was decided to simplify economic materials and have a team create short animations based on them. The Raisi Foundation has called this account “false” and has filed a complaint against Bakhtiari.

Raisi’s decisions about the budget, the currency, the policies of the central bank, inflation, gasoline, housing, wages, and subsidies affected the lives of more than 80 million people; but according to this account, they were supposed to explain economic concepts to him with three-minute cartoons!
