UKMTO released new details about an incident involving a tanker ship in the Indian Ocean yesterday.

The ship received orders to change course, while a military helicopter, most likely American, flew over the tanker’s bridge and fired rounds into the water alongside the vessel. After that, the ship entered a state of being released and waited for further instructions.

No injuries were reported to the crew, and they did not report any further military action.
