The United States has always been committed to diplomacy. We have an open mindset and we are always willing to engage in resolving disputes through negotiations, and this is also true for Iran.
Iran has reached out to the United States, both directly and indirectly, to enter negotiations regarding talks related to resolving disputes about what is happening in that part of the world.
Unfortunately, to date, even though we have reached agreements, they have not honored their obligations.
As President Trump previously said, the problem we face right now is that they are not serious about negotiations. If they are serious, then we are also serious.
