The National Academy of Sciences has, over the years, released scientific and analytical guidelines specifically for use by the federal judiciary. However, this academy was in the hands of far-left Democrats, and as has now become clear, it issued fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidelines about climate change. From these fake guidelines, judges used them to issue rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” and this has caused significant damage across the country. Now, these guidelines have been completely invalidated. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science—not political fraud and fabricated climate science. In light of this truth becoming clear, I hereby instruct federal officials to suspend and bar contracting and to investigate this matter. American taxpayers should not have to pay the cost of such climate fraud, and judges should never have relied on such material. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
