In an interview with Shahin Modarres, a security studies analyst, we spoke about the possibility of referring the Islamic Republic’s nuclear file to the UN Security Council and its consequences for the Iranian government. Modarres says that the return of the case from the Board of Governors to the Security Council could provide the legal and international basis for more stringent actions against the Islamic Republic.
