🔻Basij commander: The United States is trying to create divisions in the country

Hosein Taeb, commander of the Basij of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, said that “America is trying to create divisions between different currents inside the country, and we should not allow them to succeed in this task while preserving unity.”

According to Iranian media, he said, “By preserving cohesion and internal unity, we must confront issues such as hijab and other cultural matters, and we must not allow these issues to disrupt internal cohesion.”

The Basij commander also said: “We should not negotiate with the enemy out of weakness and fear, but if the enemy requests surrender or negotiations, then we should enter into discussions with strength and with the intention of taking our rights.”
