Abdollah Javadi Amoli’s office, a Shiite marja, published a video of his Friday and congregational sermon in Tehran, in which Javadi Amoli tells them: “We’ve reached a point where two superpowers attacked and then stayed. Isn’t that a miracle? The miracle is certainly that a stone speaks? A miracle is what no one else can do.”

Javadi Amoli said: “Did we ever think we would crush the two superpowers? Did we think? Did the world think? Did they think themselves? It would be very unfair if we don’t show gratitude.”
