🔺Zelensky: The Russians did not allow the American delegation to enter Kyiv by plane

▪The President of Ukraine said that Russian forces prevented the American delegation from flying directly to Ukraine by carrying out deliberate air attacks on the airfields of the country.

▪Volodymyr Zelensky, during a meeting with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, special U.S. envoys, said: «The Russians did not allow the American delegation to enter by plane, even though our airports were ready.»

▪On Saturday evening, Russia fired a massive wave of drones and missiles toward Kyiv’s international airport and Boryspil International Airport.

▪Zelensky called these attacks “demonstrative attacks,” carried out directly in response to Ukraine’s preparations to receive U.S. envoys.
