Ukraine has comprehensive intelligence reports about Russia’s plans for the fall.

Putin is preparing the ground for a large-scale mobilization. He is preparing to send more Russians to the war. He is doing this with other words and signals, but he is preparing.

We are also seeing Russia’s cooperation with North Korea. Russia wants to receive 30,000 more soldiers from North Korea, and preparations for receiving them from June in the Voronezh region are underway.

North Korea is also preparing to transfer new missile launch systems—ballistic missile systems—to Russia.

Russia is helping North Korea learn how to fight, improve its weapons, and give it experience in the practical use of those weapons. We will resist this.
