I had a very good meeting today with Le Huai Trang, Vietnam’s Minister of Foreign Affairs.

We reaffirmed our commitment to deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the United States and Vietnam, and discussed strengthening bilateral relations, rebalancing trade, and expanding cooperation in defense and security.
