🔶 Trump: We may soon target Koh-e-Kang
According to Donald Trump, the U.S. president, the country’s army may soon attack Koh-e-Kang in Iran.
On Friday, September 4 (Shahrivar 13), he told reporters that the United States may soon attack Koh-e-Kang Gazla; a heavily fortified underground complex located near Iran’s Natanz nuclear site, and said to include two deep underground tunnel complexes.
Trump, who had raised the possibility of an attack on Koh-e-Kang in mid-July as well, again emphasized that the main objective of the U.S. military operation is to prevent the Islamic Republic from obtaining nuclear weapons.
In another part of his remarks to reporters, he called a war with the Islamic Republic an “insignificant” and “trivial” issue for the United States. Previously, J.D. Vance, Trump’s vice president, had said that a conflict with Tehran is not described as a “war.”
