🔺Tehran Prosecutor: Death and imprisonment sentences were issued for cases from the war period and Dey

▪The Tehran prosecutor claimed that all cases related to the 12-day war, the imposed war, and the recent protests have been finalized and sent for court review.

▪Ali Salehi said these cases were handled with “precision, speed, decisiveness, and severity” by order of the head of the Judiciary and the head of the judiciary of Tehran Province, and much of it has resulted in the issuance of a ruling.

▪He added that the rulings of some of these cases, including final death and imprisonment sentences, have been referred to the enforcement authorities and the convicts are currently serving their sentences.

▪The validity and details of these cases cannot be independently verified, and many of the defendants, according to these institutions, have been deprived of access to a chosen lawyer.
