Over the years, the National Academy of Sciences has published scientific and analytical guidelines especially for use by the federal judiciary. But this academy was in the hands of far-left Democrats and, as is now apparent, it published fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidelines about climate change. From these fake guidelines, judges have used them to issue rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” which has caused severe losses across the country. Now these guidelines have been rendered completely invalid. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science—not political fraud and invented science about the climate. With this truth becoming clear, I hereby instruct federal officials to suspend and bar contracts from this matter and to have it investigated. American taxpayers should not have to pay for such climate fraud, and judges should never have cited such material. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
