Norwegian authorities have impounded a Russian-owned expedition cruise vessel in Svalbard on behalf of Ukraine's state energy company, Naftogaz, which is hunting Russian assets worldwide to collect on an arbitration award stemming from Russia’s illegal annexation of Crimea.
