🔻Banan reports four people were killed in Israeli attacks

We had previously reported that the Israeli army said that, in response to the firing of two drones toward Israeli soldiers, it targeted Hezbollah’s positions in southern Lebanon.

Now Lebanon’s Ministry of Health says that two people were killed in Nabiat Fawqa, in southern Lebanon, and two women were also killed near Arab Salim.

The ministry said that 20 people, including several women and three children, were injured.

Earlier, the Israeli army had warned residents around a building in the town of Arab Salim in southern Lebanon to evacuate the area because it would be attacked, since Hezbollah uses it.

Lebanon’s official news agency said that despite Israel’s warning about the building, “the enemy’s fighter jets targeted another home, destroyed it,” and killed two women.

The state news agency added that after the attack at that location, “it targeted a home that the Israeli army had threatened to attack in an evacuation warning.”

The state news agency in Lebanon also reported that in Nabiat Fawqa, part of the Ghandoor hospital, which has been out of operation for years, was targeted.
