Nawaf Salam, Lebanon’s prime minister, condemned the Islamic Republic’s attacks on Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar, and said Lebanon announces its full solidarity with these countries once again and its firm support for them.

In recent hours, the Islamic Republic carried out missile and drone attacks on six Arab countries, including the United Arab Emirates, with the claim of an attack on U.S. positions.

The position taken by Lebanon was stated as tensions between the Lebanese government and the Islamic Republic over Hezbollah’s role and the Islamic Republic’s interference in this country have increased.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has also warned that, as long as Israel continues its military presence in southern Lebanon, “there will be no peace in the region.”
