Mehdi Hayat-Moghadam, member of the board of the National Security Commission of the Parliament, told the Mehr News Agency: «We should obtain a number of weapons and equipment and unveil them in order to target America’s soil. In fact, we should unveil long-range intercontinental missiles and target their military bases in Washington and New York.»

Hayat-Moghadam added: «We must design a fundamental and strategic plan to confront American hegemony and compel this country to leave the region, and use the defensive and deterrent capacities of the Islamic Republic more effectively.»

This member of parliament further said: «The Americans do not take lessons from their own actions, and for this reason we must act in such a way that the enemy regrets repeating the invasion and intrusion into the soil of our country.»
