Kamal Khanbabaei, one of those detained during the nationwide protests of Dey 1404 and held in Qazvin’s Choubinder Prison, was sentenced to death by Branch One of a Revolutionary Court in Qazvin on the charge of “moharebeh.” According to a report by the HRANA news agency, Branch One of the Qazvin Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Asadi, sentenced this citizen to death for “moharebeh” through participation in the destruction of public property.
