Jordan’s official news agency, citing a senior military official, announced that during the early hours of Thursday, 25 Tir, air defense shot down and destroyed eight missiles launched by the Islamic Republic.

The military official emphasized that the above attacks caused no casualties or material damage.

The Jordanian news agency said that the armed forces were on full alert and would neutralize any threat, especially in the airspace.
