Israel’s Army announced that on Wednesday night, 24 Tir, during an operation in central Gaza Strip, it discovered and destroyed four weapons depots belonging to Hamas.

Various types of weapons, including Kalashnikov rifles, PG rockets, grenades, explosives and military equipment, were stored in these depots.

The Israeli Army said the munitions were being used to harm army forces operating in the region known as the “Yellow Line,” as well as Israeli citizens.

The Israeli Army emphasized that its forces under the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the provisions of the agreement and will continue activities to counter any threat.

The United States, Israel, and several other countries have designated Hamas as a terrorist group.
