Applications are now open for the 2026 Chevening Scholarships, the UK government’s flagship program for fully funded master’s study at British universities. The scholarship is aimed at emerging leaders from more than 160 countries and territories.

Backed by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Chevening covers tuition, living costs and other approved expenses for successful applicants. The program is designed to support professionals who can use their studies and networks to make an impact in their home countries.

Eligible candidates can apply through the official Chevening website during the current application window. Applicants are expected to meet academic, work-experience and leadership criteria, along with the scholarship’s standard requirements.

Chevening has long been one of the most recognized international scholarship programs, offering recipients the chance to study in the UK while building global connections across public service, business, media and civil society.
