🔺US energy minister: Will it be exchanged with a maritime blockade or with the Islamic Republic, or—?

▪The US energy minister said a nuclear deal with the Islamic Republic may not be reached and that the solution would be solely to destroy the Islamic Republic’s capability. He also said that the naval blockade of Iran’s ports “either changes their government or their government’s policies.”

▪Chris Wright said on Sunday: “Maybe there isn’t a nuclear agreement. Maybe it’s just about destroying their capabilities to do that. The agreement could remain pending with the next government in Iran. We don’t just assume.”

▪He added: “We weaken their ability to develop nuclear weapons and ultimately launch them if developed. This is a 47-year effort. It’s not a small task, but America will see it through.”
