The price of each US dollar in Iran’s open market rises by 3,000 tomans versus the previous day, surpassing 187,000 tomans.

According to announcements by gold and currency information websites and channels, the price of each British pound has reached more than 250,000 tomans, and each UAE dirham has reached above 50,000 tomans.

Accordingly, the price of each Bahar Azadi coin (new design) has been set at more than 184 million tomans, following an increase of four million tomans.

This rise coincides with a renewed intensification of the war and the return of the U.S. maritime blockade on the ports of the Islamic Republic, which has increased concerns about further declines in the country’s oil exports and foreign-currency revenues.
