The “Extending” Telegram channel reported that, after the rejection of Arghavān Fallāhī’s appeal for retrial, the 24-year-old citizen is in danger of being executed.
This sixth political prisoner was arrested on 6 Bahman 1403, one week after the killing of RaZāni and Maqsih, two judges of the Supreme Court, and was sentenced to death by the Islamic Revolutionary Court.
According to this report, Arghavān Fallāhī was sentenced to death for “rebellion” (armed uprising) under conditions in which, according to his lawyer, no weapon was found on him.
