🔸 Russia on Tuesday, September 24, announced that its forces have taken control of a residential area in Kharkiv province and that they have attacked logistical centers and Ukrainian ports; at the same time, Ukraine also said it targeted a drone production facility and an oil refinery in Russia.
🔸 Russia’s Ministry of Defense said on Tuesday that the country’s forces, over the past 24 hours, took control of the residential area of “Olkhovatka” in Kharkiv province and carried out coordinated drone attacks against logistical centers and Ukrainian ports, as well as sea vessels serving the Ukrainian army.
🔸 The ministry added that Russian armed forces also targeted rail infrastructure in western Ukraine that was used to transport military shipments from Europe.
🔸 Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, said on Tuesday that during overnight operations, Ukrainian forces attacked the “Syzran” oil refinery in Russia’s Samara region, a drone production facility in the Russian city of Taganrog, and also targets in the Black Sea.
