🔺Report on the execution of Ehsan Afreshteh on charges of spying for Israel; he had said, “I came to Iran of my own accord”

◾Ehsan Afreshteh, born in 1372, studied civil engineering at the master’s level and is a specialist in networking and information technology. He was executed at dawn on May 14 (Ordibehesht 23) of this year. In the judiciary’s media report, there is no mention of the prisoner in whose sentence his execution was carried out. Based on various reports, Afreshteh’s execution took place after several months of resistance by his cellmates against his transfer and efforts to prevent the execution of the sentence.
