President Trump plans to travel to Ireland next week on a Boeing 747 gifted by Qatar. This will be his first international trip with this aircraft since the July threat of assassination by Iran, which forced him to leave secretly Turkey with a replacement plane, according to The Washington Post.

The United States has spent about $400 million on refurbishments for the aircraft, while additional security upgrades have yet to begin and may face further delays.
