The political deputy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, on Monday, 16 Shahrivar 1405, announced that “Khasib of Oman” is the boundary of ship immunity in the Strait of Hormuz, and that passage through the U.S.-backed maritime corridor in the south of this strait would not be safe for vessels.

According to Iranian media reports, Ali Mohammad(i) said that safe passage through the American corridor in the south of the Strait of Hormuz is practically not possible, and that vessels that enter this route, after reaching the area of Khasib of Oman, would no longer be at risk of being hit.
