Over the years, the National Academy of Sciences has published scientific and analytical guidelines specifically for use by the federal judiciary. However, as it has now become clear, this academy was in the hands of extreme left-wing Democrats and published fraudulent, biased, and misleading guidelines about climate change. With these fake guidelines, judges have used them to issue rulings in major cases related to “climate change,” causing significant damage across the country. Now these guidelines have been completely discredited. Our federal judges deserve access to facts and science—not political fraud and invented climate science. In light of this truth coming to light, I hereby instruct federal officials to suspend and bar contracting parties from contracts and to investigate this matter. American taxpayers should not have to pay the cost of such climate fraud, and judges should never have relied on such material. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
