On Friday, 19 Tir 1405, Reuters, citing an informed source, reported that Qatar’s negotiators are in the Islamic Republic with the aim of reducing tensions and creating conditions for the continuation of broader negotiations.

The report confirmed that talks between Doha and Tehran “with the coordination of the United States” took place, and wrote: “The objective of these talks is to address the implementation of the agreement between the United States and Iran, as well as matters that have driven the recent escalation of tensions between Washington and Tehran; including disagreements over navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.”
