Traffic police: A Hyundai vehicle traveling at high speed collided with a Changan vehicle on a parallel route, and as a result of the collision the vehicles lost their balance and hit the crowd that was present on the side of the street in support of the system and the armed forces.

The driver had not been in a normal condition and, after colliding with the barrels and traffic signs, struck the crowd; as a result of this incident, a number of citizens died and some were also injured.
