Israel’s army has begun undisclosed drills at the level of the General Staff to assess its readiness for a “multi-theater, sudden, complex and large-scale event.”

Based on the army’s statement on the X network, the “Broken Dawn 2” exercise began at dawn on Sunday by order of Eyal Zamir, the Chief of the General Staff.

Commanders of Israel’s army regions, branches, and units are taking part, and the mobilization of reserve forces and activation of alerts have also been carried out.

The Israeli army added that decision-making and operational responses at all levels are being tested, and lessons from battles in different fronts and the attacks of Mehr 15, 1402 (October 6, 2023) are being taken into account.
