Iran International has obtained two confidential letters from the Ministry of Petroleum showing that an senior intelligence figure of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is acting as a special adviser to the oil minister, handing over the sale of Iran’s oil with an unusually large discount to four oil brokers who are members of his corruption network and have heavy multi-billion-dollar debts.
